Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray strongly challenged the opposition and said that anyone who wants to bring down my government should be dropped today, now during this interview, I will see again. CM Uddhav said this in an interview to Shiv Sena mouthpiece ‘Saamana’.
CM Uddhav said that the future of my government is not in the hands of the opposition. My government is a three-wheeler rickshaw, steering is in my hand but two more people are sitting behind. We coalition partners NCP and Congress are ‘positive’ and the Maha Vikas Aghadi government is getting the benefit of their experience.
Attacking BJP, he said that if my government is three-wheeled, it is moving in the right direction, then why is your stomach hurting? When we last attended the NDA meeting, there were 30 to 35 wheels like a train.
Significantly, former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had earlier expressed doubts over its stability by comparing the Maha Vikas Aghadi government to a three-wheeler, auto-rickshaw.
On the question of going to Bhumi Pujan of Shri Ram temple, Uddhav said that I can answer anything as a human being but the role of Shiv Sena in the struggle of Ram temple is recorded in history. I was not the Chief Minister at that time also went to Ram temple. Actually, I have faith in coincidence.
Uddhav Thackeray said that I will go to Ayodhya on 5 August. Now I am the Chief Minister but even then I was not the Chief Minister, I had got everything there. Now I am the Chief Minister, I will get security. I will go right and worship and come back to participate in the program. There is no question of a change in the role of Shiv Sena regarding the Ram temple. Ram temple is an issue related to our feelings. Shiv Sena paved the way for Ram temple, it says history.
In the Loksabha elections, Shivsena has stood together with BJP but after the results, the dispute between the two started regarding the CM post. After which, Udhav Thackeray dismissed the alliance and joined hands with NCP and Congress. This all rhetorical drama started after the issues in Rajasthan government begin.
