AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Bhumi Pujan at Ram Mandir. Owaisi has called it a violation of the oath of the Constitution. Owaisi said that it would be better not to attend the PM Foundation Foundation Program. The PM’s participation in the Bhoomi Poojan program will send a message to the people of the country that he believe in a particular faith.
Owaisi tweeted and said, ‘Prime Minister’s involvement in Bhoomi Poojan can be a violation of his constitutional post. Secularism is part of the basic structure of our Constitution.
Owaisi further said that if he says that I am going to Ayodhya personally, then it does not matter. If the Prime Minister wants to go, then say that I am going personally. Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi said, “We cannot forget that the Babri Masjid was in Ayodhya for more than 400 years and was demolished by the criminal mob in 1992”.
On the statement of Owaisi, Vishwa Hindu Parishad president Alok Kumar said, ‘I understand that Owaisi’s objection is not true. The bench of 5 judges decided that such a belief that Ramlala was born here is true. This land belongs to Ramlala, it is also true and everyone has accepted this decision. In lieu of this land, Muslims have accepted other land. If Owaisi has faith in the court, believes in Parliament and believes in the same constitution which he has sworn, then after the unanimous decision of 5 judges, no one can object to building the Ram temple.’
Alok Kumar said, ‘If the Prime Minister is going for a constitutional work, this is a work which the Supreme Court has said that should be done, then what is unconstitutional in that. The structure that was dropped was an emotion or conspiracy at that time, a hearing is being held on this subject. The decision has not come yet. But, I know this as a fact that there was no conspiracy and believe that our leaders will be able to prove their innocence in the court.’
On August 5, Bhumi pujan at Ayodhya Ram Mandir is going to take place. As per the sources, PM Modi will be the first to lay the foundation of Ram Mandir.
